– Students with no previous bartending experience, who are eager to start a career in a professional bar
– Working bartenders, who have a desire to acquire new skills and necessary knowledge to grow to a higher position within the industry
– Students who have successfully completed Secondary School and are at least 18 years of age
Course outcomes
– Knowledge of primary and basic skills of various alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverage preparation
– Understanding and building an image of a professional Bartender
– Being able to meet job requirements for a supporting entry position within a professional bar
